A comprehensive set of illustrated notes for digital arts students.


IMPORTANT NOTE: Students currently in grade 10 choosing grade 11 Arts courses must be aware that if they plan to take a grade 12 university/college Arts course (4M0) in 2012-2013, they MUST choose a grade 11 university/college course (3M0) for 2011-2012.

Students will no longer be able to take a grade 12 university/college course from an open level (3O0) grade 11 course in 2012-2013.

The prerequisites throughout this site for grade 12 courses are for students who are currently in a grade 11 arts class in 2010-2011.

Turner Fenton Secondary School offers students a variety and depth of arts courses unsurpassed in Peel Region. Included is a comprehensive program in digital arts, dramatic arts, music, and visual arts at all levels of difficulty from modified through International Baccalaureate.

Turner Fenton arts students and teachers have been recognized in Peel and beyond for their excellence in both the traditional arts program and digital arts. Many students have gone on to post-secondary study in the Arts and to successful careers.

Extensive notes related to arts courses are provided on this site for students taking courses at Turner Fenton. These notes can be read online or printed at home and be used to review course content.

Even students who do not take an arts course can get involved in the arts clubs and activites which include:

  • Integrated Arts Council (Bistro Shows, among other activities)
  • Photography Club
  • Drawing Club
  • Drama Club
  • Improv Club
  • Jazz Bands (Junior and Senior)
