Is this scholarship right for me?

This contest is judge on the video entry that best captures the theme. “One Person Can Make A Difference”. Applicants must demonstrate artistic and technical proficiency. This contest is open to all students who are enrolled in and attending undergraduate or graduate classes, full or part time, between Sept 1, 2001 and June 14, 2002.

Requirements:

Applicants are required to submit their entry on a full sized VHS tape and must run no longer than 5 minutes. Each tape must be labeled with the entrant’s name, address, and telephone number, as well as the title and length of the entry. Applicants must also submit a completed entry form
