Is this scholarship right for me?
This scholarship is awarded to students who have demonstrated community service and leadership, courage in overcoming personal obstacles. Good academic standing, and participation in sports/ fitness activities. The Terry Fox Humanitarian award is open to all Canadian citizens, under 25 years of age, who are graduating from high school or are currently enrolled in their first undergraduate program at a Canadian post- secondary institution.

· A self addressed, stamped white card for confirmation of receipt of the application
· Completed referee form
