Is this scholarship right for me?

This scholarship is awarded to students who have demonstrated outstanding community leadership (either in their school community, the community at large or both) and who have the academic skills to successfully enter and complete college or university.  Students across Canada who are now in their final year of high school (outside of Quebec) or final year of CEGEP in Quebec are eligible.

Requirements:

• Applicants are required to submit the following:
• A completed application form
• An official transcript
• An essay of no more than two typed pages describing the community involvement on which the application is based, what motivated them to get involved with the activity, what they felt they accomplished and what they learned from the experience.
• Three letters of support or confirmation from individuals who have been the focus of the community involvement on which this application is based.
• A letter of recommendation from the principal, guidance counsellor, or teacher at the applicant's school
