Is this Scholarship right for me?

This scholarship is awarded for academic achievement, voluntary community involvement, personal character, leadership, sportsmanship, and other commendable traits and talents.  Applicants must qualify for university admission for the upcoming school year, be nominated by their school principal, and reside in the Toronto, or the regions of Durham, York and Peel.

Requirements:

Nominators are required to submit the following:

·        A completed nomination form

·        A completed evaluation form

·        The nominee’s official student transcript

·        A letter of recommendation signed by the principal in support of the nomination

·        An autobiography of the nominee (350 words max)

·        Nominee’s resume (2 pages max)

·        One passport sized photo of the nominee

Note: Send in the original of all application material and four photocopies of the entire package
