Is this scholarship right for me?

The excellence awards recognize, support, and encourage talented Canadians who make positive contributions to the betterment of the communities across the pursuit of academic excellence and innovation. Local awards winners will receive a one-time award of $4000; provincial award winners will receive $4,000/year award for up to four years; National awards winners will receive a $4,800/year award for up to four years. Candidates must be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident, entering their first year of full-time studies leading to a first degree in a Canadian post- secondary institution recognized by the Canadian Student Loans Program.

Requirements:

· Applicants are required to submit the following:

· Two copies of a completed application form

· Two copies of a completed personal information form

· Two copies of a one page reference letter form the endorser, this must be the same person who signed page six of the application package.

Two copies of their official transcript
