Is this scholarship right for me?

Selection for this bursary is based on high ideals and qualities of citizenship.  Applicants must be Canadian citizens or permanent residents enrolled full time in a post-secondary institution for the upcoming year.  Recipients must not have previously had a bursary from the Hal Rogers endowment fund, and applicants will not be considered unless they have received endorsement from a Kinsmen, Kinette, or Kin club prior to mailing their application form.
