Is this scholarship for me?

Applicants must submit essays on the predetermine topic, “When our Freedom is Threatened”, to their local Optimist Club. The essays will be judged at the club level, district level and international level. This contest is open to students under 19 as of Dec 311 of the current school year.

Requirements:

Applicants are required to submit an essay of no more than 500 words.
