Height Survey

You are conducting a survey of student heights in the class. You decide to enter the heights into a java program so that you can calculate the average.

You will have up to 31 entries in your array.

Create a menu that has 4 options: add, delete, average and quit.

• Allow your user to enter new student heights.
• Allow your user to delete student heights.
• Allow you user to find the average of heights that are in the array.
• Allow your user to quit.
• Print out the list of heights after every menu option (except quit) is complete.

Your student heights are values like: 156, 172, 168, 170, 160, 152... They are listed in cm. There are no decimals, only integers.
